Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Shipping Time & Shipping Fee

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
Estimated delivery time:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days         Free Shipping   

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days          $25         

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays that are beyond our control.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to most areas within the United States.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, military (APO/FPO) addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Waxolo is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly or email us with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly during checkout.
We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed. Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
