Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse, missing parts, or beyond the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Return Process

Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.

Our team will reply within 24–48 business hours with detailed return instructions.

After approval, ship the item back to the address we provide.
Please do not return any items without contacting us first, as this may cause processing delays.
Return Shipping Cost

If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item), we will cover the return shipping fee.

If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size or color), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We currently offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue, and our team will resolve it promptly.
