3. How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, Waxolo ships only to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments only via PayPal, which allows secure transactions using your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or credit/debit card.
7. Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be modified or canceled before they are processed. Once an order is processed and shipped, it cannot be changed. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging.

9. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.
11. Do you offer exchanges?
We currently offer direct exchanges.
12. Are my personal and payment details safe?
Yes. All payments are processed securely via PayPal, and Waxolo does not store your full payment information. We also protect your personal data according to our Privacy Policy.
